General Booking Terms (Summary)

By placing an online booking through G.A.E Events L.L.C., you agree to the following:

1. Category-Based Booking

This booking is for the selected category, not for a specific named performer. After payment,
our team will assign a suitable available artist and share their details with you.

2. Minimum Advance Notice – 48 Hours

Your event date and time must be at least 48 hours after your booking time. Bookings with
less notice may be declined and refunded.

3. Subject to Availability & Event Approval

All bookings depend on:

• Performer availability, and
• Approval of the event type, venue, and conditions.

If no suitable performer is available, or the event is not appropriate or safe, we will cancel
the booking and refund the booking amount (excluding non-refundable payment gateway
charges, if applicable).

4. Client Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 7 days or more before event: full refund.
• Cancellation 7 days to 48 hours before event: 50% refund or full for Essential Flex packages.
• Cancellation under 48 hours: no refund or 50% for Essential Flex packages.
  * Refunds exclude any non-refundable payment gateway or bank fees.

5. Venue & Safety Responsibility

You must ensure a safe, respectful environment and suitable performance conditions. If
conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, or the performer is harassed, the performance may be
stopped without refund.

6. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to make a booking.

7. Refund Processing Time:

Once a refund is approved and initiated by G.A.E Events L.L.C., the amount will be processed from our side immediately. Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the Client’s bank account, depending on the bank and payment method used.

8. Transportation Fees:

The Client acknowledges that the booking fee covers standard locations within the main Dubai city area. For bookings requested outside of the Dubai main city limits (including other Emirates or remote areas), an additional transportation fee may be required. This fee will be communicated to the Client and must be settled prior to the event.

9. Image & Media Disclaimer

The profile picture displayed for each entertainment category is a representative sample used for illustrative purposes only. The videos and images featured in our galleries represent actual artists from the G.A.E. Events roster. While these media files showcase real performers, the final artist or artist options allocation remains at the discretion of the Company based on availability for your specific date.
