Reliable and professional in terms of the bookers and sales teams. Handled a last minute booking with zero issues and accommodated our requests with flexibility and fairness. The violinist we booked really stole the show while she was on stage and was also very knowledgeable in terms of dealing with the hotel's AV equipment and teams. Perfect execution from all involved.

Tito the guitarist was phenomenal. He made my mothers birthday lunch celebration super successful.
